Join us for a lively panel discussion where Dr Anna Colton and Jessica Chivers will talk about confidence, how to build self-belief, overcome self-doubt and tackle imposter syndrome. In this discussion the speakers will address why we experience changes in confidence and, more importantly, what you can do to build and maintain it. There will be a drinks reception with canapés afterwards.
