3VB host the FSLA at the Reform Club
3VB hosted over 200 FSLA members at the Reform Club on Thursday 16th May to hear a panel discussion on banking litigation and regulatory enforcement since the financial crisis of 2007/2008. The panel was chaired by Adrian Beltrami QC, joint Head of 3VB, and was comprised of Mr Justice Waksman (Judge of the Commercial Court), Laura Durrant (White & Case and former head of litigation & investigations at RBS), Caroline Binham (regulatory correspondent at the FT), Stuart Alford QC (Latham & Watkins, and former head of Fraud at the SFO) and Rory Phillips QC (3VB).
