3VB joins Bridging the Bar as Founding Partner

3VB is delighted to have joined Bridging the Bar as a Founding Partner.

Bridging the Bar is a charity which drives to increase the equality of access to opportunities in the legal profession across all underrepresented groups and for the future Bar to be a society where it’s accessible for everyone regardless of race, sex, class or other characteristics.​

In a separate initiative, earlier this year 3VB joined five other commercial sets to set up the Mentoring for Underrepresented Groups Scheme, which aims to support and encourage individuals from groups which are underrepresented at the Bar of England and Wales (and in particular the commercial bar) to pursue careers as barristers.
