3VB Welcomes Ben Rippengale as Deputy Senior Practice Manager

3VB is pleased to announce that Ben Rippengale has joined Chambers as Deputy Senior Practice Manager, taking on responsibility as Team Leader for the Silks.

Ben joined 3VB from Brick Court Chambers in January 2026 and brings with him over 16 years’ experience working with leading commercial barristers. Working closely with Stuart Pullum and Luke Carvalho, Ben is responsible for the strategic development and management of members’ practices and 3VB’s core practice areas.

His role includes diary management, client development, and building strong relationships with instructing solicitors across domestic, international and offshore markets.
