In her judgment handed down on 1/11/18, following a 4 week trial in June and July 2018, Mrs Justice Cockerill found the defendants had resigned in bad faith in order unlawfully to divert this lucrative business opportunity to themselves and had subsequently given dishonest evidence to the court about it: [2018] EWHC 2918 (Comm).
