3VB’s Gopal Subramanium set for Singapore Court Clash

Indian Counsel, Gopal Subramanuim, an associate member of 3VB, was last week granted permission to appear in the Singapore courts. Appearing against Harish Salve, the two will be the first foreign lawyers outside of the English Bar to appear before the Singapore courts under the city-state’s regime for admitting senior counsel with “special qualifications of experience” to argue cases.
