Adrian Beltrami QC, Jonathan Nash QC and Peter de Verneuil Smith QC will be presenting a talk to the London Solicitors Litigation Association on ‘Group Litigation in Banking and Financial Services Disputes’ on Tuesday 23rd February at 6pm.
This panel discussion will focus on the particular challenges of running and defending large group actions, including forming and managing the claimant group; GLO’s and their alternatives; funding, ATE cover and security for costs in large group actions; and sample claims – when to use them and how to select them.
