Practice Overview

Has extensive experience as an expert witness, particularly on English contract law but also on English commercial law generally. He has provided evidence for courts in Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, France, Iceland, a number of states in the USA, Australia, Chile and for a number of international arbitrations (ICC, UNCITRAL and LCIA). He also lectures widely for law firms on recent developments in contract law (including Herbert Smith Freehills, Bond Dickinson, Ward Hadaway, Muckle LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Stephenson Harwood, Taylor Wessing LLP, and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP).
