Practice Overview
Kieran joined Chambers as a pupil in September 2025.
Before starting pupillage, he was the Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice Popplewell and Lord Justice Warby in the Court of Appeal, where he worked on a variety of cases, particularly commercial appeals. Kieran previously worked in a specialist commercial disputes firm, where he gained experience in civil fraud, financial services and cryptocurrency litigation.
Kieran graduated with a first-class degree in History from Christ Church, Oxford. He then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law, obtaining a Distinction, and Bar Vocational Studies, at City Law School. He was invited back to City as a Visiting Lecturer to teach public law. He is also a Lord Denning scholar of Lincoln’s Inn.
During his legal studies, Kieran won The Times/2TG Moot and the Sports Law Arbitration Moot and worked on cases for the Free Representation Unit. He has co-authored articles on Worldwide Freezing Orders and Authorised Push Payment fraud.
