Practice Overview
Laura joined Chambers as a pupil in September 2026.
Laura graduated with a first-class degree in English and French from Christ Church, University of Oxford. She then obtained a Distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law at City, University of London as a David Karmel Scholar at Gray’s Inn. Laura was subsequently awarded the Marion Simmons Scholarship and a Residential Scholarship for the Bar Course, which she completed at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
During her legal studies, Laura competed in several national and international moots, reaching the Grand Final of the European Law Moot Court in the Court of Justice of the European Union. Laura was also a prizewinner at the Times Law Awards.
In the year before pupillage, Laura worked at Enyo Law LLP. She gained experience in civil fraud, sanctions, sovereign state and general commercial litigation.
