- More than 14 years experience dealing with many types of claims arising out of business, commerce and trade and challenges to decisions of Government Department and including dealing with:
- Commercial disputes of many kinds, including sale of good, banking and procurement cases;
- Professional negligence claims against solicitors, accountants and doctors;
- Disputes between employers and employees;
- Disciplinary disputes concerning many professional entities;
- Detention of terrorists, such as claims by the Guantanamo claimants and challenges to control orders and TPIMS;
- Regulatory matters and
- Real property issues.
