Can Yeginsu Appointed to the IBA’s Arbitration Committee for 2026

3VB is delighted to announce that Can Yeginsu has been appointed Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Investment Arbitration Subcommittee for 2026 to 2028.

The IBA Arbitration Committee confirmed its new slate of officers during the IBA Annual Conference in Toronto in November.

Can’s appointment reflects his international standing in the field of international arbitration and his ongoing contributions to the development of global best practice in investment treaty dispute settlement, a subject he has been teaching at Georgetown Law in Washington DC and Koç University Law School in Istanbul, for a decade.
