Can Yeginsu to speak at IBA’s 23rd Annual Arbitration Day and LCIA Asia Pacific and European Users’ Councils Symposium 2022

Can Yeginsu will be speaking at International Bar Association’s 23rd Annual Arbitration Day, which will take place on Friday 25 March 2022.

The Arbitration Day will present a series of panels, with each panel presenting one new idea that challenges a key aspect of the way in which international arbitration is presently practiced. Each panel discussion will start with the proponents of the new idea making their case. Both the other panellists and the audience will then subject the new idea to critical testing and rigorous assessment.

Can will be joining a panel which will address promoting diversity and inclusion through procedural rules and institutional reforms. Click here to view the full programme and here to book your place.

Can Yeginsu will also be speaking at 2022 LCIA Asia Pacific and European Users’ Councils Symposium on Saturday 26 March, which 3VB are proudly sponsoring.

The event focuses on international commercial arbitration following the IBA’s 23rd International Arbitration Day.

Can will be giving the opening remarks and will be speaking on the first session alongside Reza Mohtashami QC, from Three Crowns and Julie Bédard, from Skadden, where the Co-Chairs will address recent developments in commercial arbitration from around the world before opening the floor to discussion of the issues raised and other topics submitted in advance by our delegates.
