CRANSTON REVIEW PUBLISHED

Sir Ross Cranston has published a report on his independent Review of the compensation scheme set up by Lloyds Banking Group following criminal misconduct at the HBOS Impaired Assets Office based in Reading. Sir Ross was assisted by a team of counsel from 3VB led by Rory Phillips QC, comprising Anne Jeavons, Kate Holderness, Teniola Onabanjo and Sophia Dzwig. The FCA has welcomed the report and LBG has agreed to implement Sir Ross’ recommendations.
