David Simpson delivers derivatives litigation training in Lagos

David Simpson visited Lagos this week at the invitation of the Nigerian Stock Exchange to deliver a presentation on dispute resolution mechanisms for derivative and CCP transactions. The presentation formed part of a training seminar on the Legal and Risk Aspects of Derivatives and Central Counterparty Clearing (CCP) Derivatives.
