3VB and NUS Arbitration Lecture 2024
Now in its third year, we are delighted to invite you to the annual 3VB and National University of Singapore Arbitration Lecture.
The lecture provides a platform for the new generation of leading practitioners and academics to provide original insights which advance our thinking in a field of international dispute resolution.
The 2024 keynote will be given by Professor Philippa Webb, who will examine whether a waiver of immunity from jurisdiction should entail a waiver of immunity from enforcement of a judgment debt against a State’s assets.
Lord Lloyd-Jones will give a response to the lecture.
