Tom Montagu-Smith KC and Sarah Tulip will provide an overview and update on rules that apply when serving out of the jurisdiction.

The talk will cover a number of issues, including: serving out of the jurisdiction without permission of the court post-Brexit (CPR r.6.33);serving out of the jurisdiction with permission (with a particular focus on the changes to PD6B introduced in October 2022); and the procedure for service out under the Hague Convention
