IADRU Capacity Building for State Attorneys in Africa – Module 2: Arbitration

3VB is pleased to present Module 2 of the IADRU Capacity Building Programme for State Attorneys in Africa – a free, online series designed for State Attorneys across the continent. The programme offers high-level, practical training across four core competencies: sovereign debt, arbitration, infrastructure, and investor-state disputes.

Module 2: Arbitration: Introduction and key skills will provide participants with an introduction to the main institutional rules commonly used in African disputes – including UNCITRAL, LCIA, and ICC – and assist participants in developing their written and oral advocacy skills. Led by top arbitration specialists from 3VB and guest contributors, the sessions will provide the initial tools required to engage confidently and effectively in arbitral proceedings.
