Second Edition of DIFC Courts Practice Book Launch

Prior to the release of the Second Edition of DIFC Courts Practice, we are pleased to extend an invitation on behalf of the Editors, Tom Montagu-Smith KC and Rupert Reed KC (Serle Court), and the contributors, to a series of webinars aimed at discussing recent developments in the DIFC courts.

The series will provide a comprehensive review of DIFC law in 2024 that should be as useful to young practitioners as it may be interesting to veterans of the DIFC Courts. Each webinar is presented by the contributor(s) of the relevant chapter in the Second Edition, in conversation with Tom and Rupert.
