Farhaz Khan KC named in The Lawyer’s Hot 100 2023

Farhaz Khan KC has been recognised in The Lawyer magazine’s Hot 100 2023, an annual list of lawyers drawn from across the professions celebrated for their excellence and involvement in the most significant legal issues and cases of the day.

Farhaz, who was called in 2005 and took Silk in 2022, was one of 3 Silks in the list. He practises across the range of commercial litigation, international arbitration and complex regulatory work at 3VB.

His recent work has included representing a foreign Govenrment in SIAC aribitral proceedings, acting for the defendants in very high value account of profits proceedings in the Commercial Court and advising Lloyd’s of London in ground-breaking non-financial misconduct proceedings.

The Lawyer noted amongst other things that “his year has been characterised by a string of cases around non-financial misconduct” and “Work advising on the implications of Russian sanctions has also formed a key theme of his 2022 and much of this year is set to contain similar elements.”
