Gopal Subramanium to speak at India Climate Change and Environmental Disputes Day

On Friday 10 December, Gopal Subramanium will be speaking at the inaugural India Climate Change and Environmental Disputes Day, jointly hosted by Three Crowns LLP and the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration.

This virtual event will examine the disputes that are likely to arise from India being a focal point for climate change and environmental disputes.

Gopal will be addressing the type of climate change and environmental disputes that are currently taking place involving India and the fora being used to resolve such disputes and look at the commercial disputes involving construction that may arise in a climate change context.
