Hodge Malek QC authors a new chapter to The 20th Edition of Phipson on Evidence

Hodge Malek QC, the General Editor and Contributor of The 20th Edition of the Phipson on Evidence book, which was published on 31 December 2021, has added a new chapter.

This new chapter is on fact finding and the assessment of evidence. Fact finding is an inherently complex task where the judge has to balance the evidence from various sources in order to ascertain where the truth lies.
