INSOL International Chapter on UK Bank Resolution

Hodge Malek QC, James Potts and Sophia Dzwig have co-authored the UK chapter in INSOL International’s new e-book on “Bank Resolution: Key Issues and Local Perspectives”. The 3VB team join a group of expert contributors to this publication which covers the principles of bank resolution and the regimes in the EU, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, Hong Kong, and the United States.
