Deputy Senior Practice Manager

Ben is Deputy Senior Practice Manager and Team Leader for the Silks at 3VB. He joined from Brick Court Chambers in January 2026 and has over 16 years’ experience in working with the country’s leading commercial barristers. Working closely with Stuart and Luke, Ben is responsible for the strategic development and management of members’ practices and 3VB’s core practice areas. His work includes diary management, client development and building strong relationships with instructing solicitors in both domestic, international and offshore markets.
