Kathryn Paterson
Chambers Director
Kathryn joined 3VB as Chambers Director in August 2024. Before joining 3VB, she was the Chief Operating Officer at XXIV Old Buildings. Her career in chambers management began in 2004 at 8 New Square, followed by a move to Hogarth Chambers in 2007.
As part of the Senior Management team at 3VB, Kathryn supports the strategic planning and business development of Chambers. She oversees the day-to-day management of Chambers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to both clients and members.
Kathryn holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Southampton, graduating with upper second-class honours. She is also a member of the Legal Practice Management Association. Kathryn is deeply invested in the development and well-being of Chambers’ staff. She serves as a Career Mentor for the University of Southampton and mentors team members pursuing the BTEC in Chambers Administration and the ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management.
