Philip Hinks to speak at TL4’s Corporate Disputes Conference

Philip Hinks will be speaking at ThoughtLeaders4 Corporate Disputes Conference on Monday 21 November at Ironmongers’ Hall in London.

This conference will explore major potential aspects of disputes in a business, from employment law, family disputes to corporate governance.

At 12:10pm, Philip will be join the ‘Banking Disputes: Authorised Push Payment and the duties of the Banks’ panel session, with Natalie Todd, Partner at Cooke, Young & Keidan, Chris Ross, Partner at RPC and David McIlroy, Barrister and Head of Chambers at Forum Chambers, where they will look at liabilities of the receiving and remitting banks and the new disclosure gateways.
