Professor Louise Gullifer QC to speak at Gray’s Inn 14th Annual Birkenhead Lecture

Professor Louise Gullifer QC will be speaking at the Gray’s Inn 14th annual Birkenhead Lecture, on the topic of ‘The private law of digital assets: what is it and what should it be?’, taking place on Monday 15 November at 5:30pm.

Professor Gullifer will explore the principles applying to digital assets such as ‘crypto-currencies’ and ‘crypto-securities’, speaking from her own experience of projects in which she was involved, run by UNIDROIT and the Law Commission of England and Wales.
