Professor Stavros Brekoulakis Appointed to ICCA’s Governing Board

We are pleased to announce that Prof. Stavros Brekoulakis has been elected as one of four new members of the ICCA Governing Board, alongside Julie Bedard (Canada), Ning Fei (China) and John Ohaga (Kenya).

Stavros is widely recognised as a leading authority in the field of international arbitration. As well as his practice as arbitrator at 3VB, he is a Professor in International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London.

ICCA announced the election of Office Holders and Governing Board Members for 2023 earlier this week, following nominations by Governing Board Members and the identification of a shortlist by ICCA’s Nominations and Membership Committee.

The new Board Members will take office for an initial four-year term, with the appointments taking effect from 1 April 2023.
