Rajesh Pillai KC to speak at Delhi Arbitration Weekend 2023
On Friday 17 February, Rajesh Pillai KC will be speaking at one of the sessions at this year’s Delhi Arbitration Weekend, which is being hosted by Delhi International Arbitration Centre.
Delhi Arbitration Weekend focuses on recent trends and developments in both Domestic and International Arbitration. The event aims at building a network of experts, practitioners and academia, by engaging them in dialogues and panel discussions, led by eminent legal luminaries, judges and experts in the field of arbitration, from across the globe.
Rajesh will speak alongside a host of expert panelists, where they will be looking at ‘Increasing Diversity and Access in Arbitration: Role of the Stakeholders’. The other speakers will be:
- Ms. Pallavi Shroff, Managing Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co
- Mr. Vyapak Desai, Senior Attorney at Nishith Desai Associates
Hon’ble Ms. Justice Indu Malhotra, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, will be chairing the session.
