Richard Edwards QC

We are deeply saddened to report the death of Richard Edwards QC, after a sudden illness.

Richard was an outstanding lawyer and a compelling advocate. More than that, he was a man of immense culture and profound humanity, a true wordsmith and a gentleman. He will be sorely missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Our thoughts are with his wife Claire and their children Elizabeth and Louis.

Richard’s family have asked for privacy at this time.  A memorial service will be held in Temple Church later in the year.
