In the last of this series, George McPherson and Lisa Lacob will discuss the key legal principles which apply where a creditor is seeking to enforce a judgment debt by way of a charging order and beneficial ownership of the relevant asset is disputed. The talk will cover recent decisions where the court has had to determine beneficial ownership of assets, including in the context of offshore trust structures.
