Adam Kramer KC and Ian McDonald write for Law Quarterly Review

3VB members Adam Kramer KC and Ian McDonald have co-authored a case comment in the latest (October) edition of the Law Quarterly Review, titled ‘Exclusion Clauses and Anticipated Profits (Case Comment)’.

Their article discusses EE Ltd v. Virgin Mobile Telecoms Ltd (CA) and provides expert analysis of the treatment of exclusion clauses in relation to claims for “anticipated profits“, offering insight into the contractual and commercial principles at play in this decision and other recent case law.

In January 2025, 3VB’s Professor Ewan McKendrick KC was appointed as Editor of the Law Quarterly Review. In its 140-year history, the journal has had only seven editors, a distinguished group that includes Sir Frederick Pollock, Professor A.L. Goodhart, Judge Paul Baker, and Professor Francis Reynolds.
