Artificial Intelligence & Financial Crime: Panacea or Pandora’s Box?
Hosted by the Criminal Justice Centre (CJC) at the Queen Mary University of London on 15th May, the Artificial Intelligence and Financial Crime seminar will be chaired by Associate Members of 3 Verulam Buildings (3VB), Sir William Blair, Professor of Financial Law and Ethics and Dr. Tom Grant, Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law.
The seminar will bring together experts from the legal, banking and technology sectors and will address various issues relating to Artificial Intelligence and Financial Crime. David Quest QC of 3VB, a commercial and financial QC with a mathematical and technical background will be attending as one of the featured speakers amongst others respectively.
Followed by a reception at which Sir Ross Cranston of 3VB will kindly make remarks, the seminar will also mark the publication of the 2nd edition of Banks and Financial Crime: The International Law of Tainted Money, edited by Sir William Blair, Richard Brent QC and Dr Tom Grant with a distinguished team of authors.
