Chloë Bell joins 3VB

Members of 3VB are pleased to announce that Chloë Bell has joined Chambers as a full tenant.

Called in 2015, Chloë is a specialist in digital assets and smart contracts and is recognised for her skills in obtaining interim injunctions and disclosure orders in fraud, tracing and misappropriation cases. She sits on the steering committee of the Tech Disputes Network  and the Executive Committee of COMBAR. Chloë has lectured widely on a number of topics relating to digital assets and smart contracts and is listed as a Rising Star in Legal 500 who say she is, “extremely clever, hardworking and is working at a level beyond her year of call”.

Her broader commercial litigation practice includes expertise in construction of contracts, good faith in commercial contracts, civil fraud, banking litigation, financial services, professional negligence, pensions and public law.

Chloë was appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of civil counsel in September 2021.

Prior to commencing practice Chloë spent one year at the UK Supreme Court as the judicial assistant to Lord Mance (the then Deputy President).

On joining 3VB, Chloë said, “I am delighted to be joining 3VB and look forward to the next chapter of my career surrounded by some of the most talented members of the commercial bar and staff who are second to none.
