Evolution of DIFC law: Exploring the New Court Law and updates on Interim Remedies

This session will bring together leading practitioners and members of the judiciary to interpreting, understanding and navigating the key changes, share insights from the first cases to test the new Court law, and assess the developing practice landscape. Our expert panel will provide authoritative commentary on:

• How the new Court Law is being interpreted and applied in practice
• The evolving scope for freezing injunctions in support of foreign proceedings
• The approach to interim relief under the new regime
