High Court Refuses Permission To Seek Judicial Review of FCA H2O Final Notice

In August 2024, the FCA issued a Final Notice against asset manager H2O AM LLP (‘H2O’), in which the FCA imposed a public censure on H2O, and H2O agreed to secure €250 million for unitholders. (The Final Notice is available here)

Collectif Porteurs H2O, a group of unitholders, issued proceedings for permission to seek judicial review of the FCA’s Final Notice.

The High Court has refused the application for permission to seek judicial review.
