A jointly qualified barrister and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Jane worked for some years in the expert witness group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and is particularly skilled in the cross examination of expert witnesses, and advising on and arguing disputes involving complex issues of quantum.
Joint Head of 3VB, Ali Malek QC, said: “Jane is very well known to a number of our members for her outstanding work in international arbitration, which is core to 3VB’s business. Her particular focus on energy and construction will be a tremendous boost to our existing work in these areas, which complements perfectly the rest of our practice. This will be a great move both for Jane and for 3VB.”
