Jane Davies Evans to speak at IBA’s Seminar on the allocation of risk under construction contracts

Jane Davies Evans will be speaking at International Bar Association’s seminar on Wednesday 15 July at 1:00pm.

Jane will be joined by a host of other speakers to discuss factors that may affect a successful execution of a project and look at the allocation of risk under construction contracts. The session will also focus on issues that affect the success of a large, infrastructural project.
