Members of 3VB to attend ThoughtLeaders4 FIRE’s Starters Global Summit: Dublin 2025
3VB is one of the sponsors of the 4th Annual TL4 FIRE Starters Global Summit in Dublin on 26 – 28 February 2025. The summit celebrates the Next Generation of rising stars of Asset Recovery, Fraud & Insolvency, bringing together senior associates and junior partners to build their own networks, share experiences and develop their personal brand.
Emma Hughes and Devon Airey will join the Workshop C on Day 2 of the conference, discussing Navigating the International World and the Impacts on Cross-Border Work. The workshop will discuss the United States and the impact of FEPA on investigations, trends on FCPA enforcements, investment of Chinese firms into other jurisdictions and the power of police in Hong Kong to freeze assets using Letters of No Consent (without a court order).
Amy Gregg will join Workshop B on Day 2, on Asset Recovery and Asset Tracing. The panel will discuss breaking jurisdictional barriers to find assets, traditional ways of asset tracing, methods with e- discovery and cross-border work and obtaining evidence from different jurisdictions.
