Saima Hanif KC and Charlotte Eborall to speak at The Legal Training Consultancy’s Banking Law Update conference

On Wednesday 29 March, Saima Hanif KC and Charlotte Eborall will each be presenting a 25 minute talk at The Legal Training Consultancy’s Banking Law Update online conference, which will run from 1:45pm – 5pm via Zoom.

Saima will be giving the opening remarks and presenting a session on ‘Regulation of crypto-assets’. Charlotte will give a talk on ‘Recent authorities on the Quincecare duty’.
