Michael Blair QC to speak at the virtual conference to celebrate The Constitution of Kazakhstan 25th Anniversary
The Constitution of Kazakhstan will be marking its 25th year Anniversary with a virtual conference that will take place on 28th August, hosted by the Constitutional Council, the Foundation of Nursultan Nazarbayev, OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan, Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute and the AIFC.
The Anniversary will be marked with a commissioned book in which Michael Blair QC, Chairman of the AIFC’s Legal Advisory Council, has written a chapter. He will be speaking as a co-author of the book on the role of the Constitution in the development of the AIFC. Other speakers of the conference include the Chairman of the Constitutional Council, Minister of Justice, and other high officials and academics from Kazakhstan and foreign countries.
