Provisional Measures before International Courts and Tribunals – Cameron Miles

December 2016 will see the release of Cameron Miles‘s book, Provisional Measures before International Courts and Tribunals. Published by Cambridge University Press (follow this link), the book is the first to address the subject of interim relief in international law in comparative perspective, in light of the considerable increase in the case law that followed the 2001 decision of the International Court of Justice in LaGrand (Germany v United States of America). The book undertakes a comprehensive and black letter examination of the jurisprudence of the ICJ alongside UNCLOS Part XV bodies, investor-state arbitration tribunals and other ad hoc inter-state dispute settlement organs.
