Saima Hanif KC appointed to the GFSC Panel of Senior Decision Makers

3VB are delighted to announce that Saima Hanif KC has been appointed to the Panel of Senior Decision Makers, maintained by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

A Senior Decision Maker, sitting alone, determines those cases involving findings of serious regulatory shortcomings against a licensee and / or individual directors. The Commission’s announcement is available here

Saima will continue in full time practice in Chambers.  She is a global expert in financial services and is recommended in the legal directories in the UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific (“She is a standout – she is one to watch and will make waves.”) She has extensive experience of contentious regulatory investigations across a range of bodies including the PRA, the FCA, the FSCS, the FOS, the DFSA in Dubai and the MAS in Singapore.
