Sophie Nappert to speak at Columbia Arbitration Day 2021 Conference
Sophie Nappert will be speaking on a panel at Columbia Law School’s Columbia Arbitration Day 2021 Conference, taking place on Friday 12th March at 2:00pm GMT.
This panelists will bring together experienced perspectives from both investor-State and commercial arbitration to discuss the arbitrability, standards of proof, and other issues related to corruption in international arbitration. Sophie will be co-chairing the ICC Working Group on Addressing Allegations of Corruption in International Arbitration and will provide updates on the work of the Working Group.
