Tom Montagu-Smith QC to speak at Dubai Arbitration Week 2021

Tom Montagu-Smith QC will be speaking at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators YMG Annual Conference, as part of Dubai Arbitration Week, on Monday 15 November.

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators YMG Annual Conference will discuss some of the pivotal changes in arbitration in the last decade, debate the use of technology in arbitration such as virtual hearings and social media and explore the future of arbitration in a changing world – be it technology, diversity or climate change. Tom will be speaking on a panel with Lara Hammoud, Senior Legal Counsel at ADNOC, Paul Coates, Partner at Clifford Chance and Conrad Bromley, Managing Director at Secretariat.
