ESG Litigation and Group Actions

We are pleased to be hosting the first of a two part series of seminars, which will look at trends and themes in ESG Litigation for 2023 on Thursday 27 April.

In the first of the series, Catherine Gibaud KC, Peter de Verneuil Smith KC and Saima Hanif KC will be speaking about ESG litigation, including class actions and advantages and disadvantages of GLO’s and the impact of public regulation.

This event will be hybrid.
