New Edition of Disciplinary and Regulatory Proceedings, co-authored by Saima Hanif with contributions from Yash Bheeroo, James Potts and Cleon Catsambis

Saima Hanif is the co-author of the 10th Edition of Disciplinary and Regulatory Proceedings, the leading work in this area of law.   The book has a specialist team of contributors, including 3VB’s Cleon Catsambis, Yash Bheeroo and James Potts.

The 10th edition has been substantially rewritten to reflect major legislative changes and recent case law, including the SDT decision in SRA v Beckwith, and the Upper Tribunal decision in Tinney v FCA.   The chapter on data protection and freedom of information has also been extensively updated to incorporate the GDPR.   The book is available here.
