Petra Bailey

Petra joined 3VB as Marketing Director in 2020, following almost 10 years at another leading commercial set.

She leads Chambers’ marketing and business development efforts, overseeing client relationship management, brand strategy, and press communications. With extensive experience at the Bar, Petra understands the unique business structure of a set of Chambers and is dedicated to driving strategic growth and visibility.

Petra plays a key role in practice area development and has been instrumental in strengthening Chambers’ market presence and brand recognition.

She is a member of the LPMA.
