RBS Rights Issue Litigation

Today marks the first day of trial in the RBS Rights Issue Litigation.

This ground-breaking piece of litigation, recognised by the Lawyer as one of its top 10 cases of 2017, will see the remaining claimant group begin the first major piece of securities litigation in the English Courts under s.90 of FSMA. The 11 week trial will be heard by Mr Justice Hildyard.
