Chloë Bell will be joining the ‘Litigation vs Arbitration in Crypto Disputes’ panel session at 1:55pm and Saima Hanif KC will be chairing the ‘Understanding the Obligations and Duties of a Crypto Exchange’ at session at 3:15pm.
Crypto continues to develop at a rapid pace across many areas of law and the resulting disputes involving crypto are unique. Members of 3VB regularly act for and advise clients on cryptoassets, cyber fraud and blockchain disputes worldwide.
This one day conference will take place in-person at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Tower Bridge.
